This event is only for people aged 8 or over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same email address used to buy the tickets. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert will also be in the confirmation email.

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the concert shown on your originally purchased ticket. Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of emergency.

Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the concert so that we can allocate you a seat in the category you've booked. The concert will start on time. The audience must be seated before the concert begins. In the event of a delay, we won't be able to let you into the hall, in order to respect the artists' performance and ensure a good experience for the other spectators.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you all arrive at the same time and you all have tickets in the same category. In this case, we recommend arriving early, and we'll do everything we can to find you seats next to each other.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do this, simply click on "Transfer tickets" from your Fever app. For further help, feel free to contact us with your ticket ID.

For everyone's safety, we'll light the room with electronic candles with no real flame.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
