What are the different ticket types?
There are five ticket types: Front Row (premium visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (ok visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets can't be bought onsite: they must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their carer. You must hold a valid ticket before applying: once you have purchased yours, contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play, signing in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start time: contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law; see the terms and conditions for more information.

How do I get to the venue?
By car: paid parking is within walking distance at Secure Parking (22 Henderson St), City of Fremantle Car Park 10A (Fremantle Oval) and Wilson Parking (20 Cantonment St), as well as City of Fremantle street parking. By bus: the closest stops are Queen St after Adelaide St (Stop ID 11142), Queen St before Adelaide St (Stop ID 10443) and Market St before High St (Stop ID 10469). By train: Fremantle Station is about 650 metres (an 8–10 minute walk) from Victoria Hall. Use the Transperth Journey Planner to plan your trip by public transport.
Is food served?
No, food is not served at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

When do doors open? Can I arrive late?
Doors open 30 minutes before the show. Entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
