Celebrate the festive season with a Candlelight concert at the Royal Pavilion in Brighton. A string quartet performs Christmas Classics live in the Music Room, from timeless carols to festive favourites, all surrounded by the warm glow of candles.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

What are the different ticket types?
Premium: front row. Zone A: premium visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: limited visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof that you need a carer ticket and we will send you a voucher code to get your free carer ticket. You will need to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer ticket must be purchased with at least one full-price ticket. Accepted documents include: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); evidence of being severely sight impaired; CredAbility Access Card plus one category requirement.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
A voucher for the same value is issued immediately and can be used on the same experience.

No. Refreshments are not allowed in the Music Room.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
There are no on-site parking facilities. There are designated parking bays for Blue Badge holders in several streets around the Royal Pavilion. Parkopedia gives live information about car parks within walking distance, and there are numerous city centre and NCP car parks within a 10-minute walk. If you prefer to park outside the city centre, there is a Park and Ride service.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed to enter.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
