How does seating assignment and zoning work?

We have various areas priced according to visibility and closeness to the stage. Our staff will seat you as you arrive at Teatro Pereira Ibiza, strictly following the order of arrival and the zone of your ticket.

Can we sit together if we're a group?

Answer

Of course, it's totally possible to sit together. To do this, you need to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We recommend coming at least half an hour before the show to make it easier for the team to assign your seats.

Can tickets be bought at the Teatro Pereira Ibiza box office?

There are no ticket sales at the Teatro Pereira Ibiza box office on the day of the event. We advise securing your spots in advance, managing everything comfortably through the Fever app or official website.

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

The best is to arrive 30 minutes early so you can get comfortable before the concert. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and late entry is not permitted once it starts, ensuring maximum respect for all.

Controlling the temperature in historic buildings is sometimes a challenge. Therefore, we recommend dressing according to the current season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the event.

Dress how you feel like and how you're most comfortable, there are no strict dress rules. A casual and informal style is ideal for enjoying the event without issues.

How long does the experience last?

Answer

The Candlelight: The Innate Law in Ibiza lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Answer

We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

Answer

All the candles you'll see are LED for safety reasons. They achieve the same magical and cozy effect as a real flame but without smoke, real fire, or heat emission.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

Your phone must be on silent throughout the concert. You can only take photos and videos without flash during the last piece, as indicated by the musicians on stage.

Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: The Innate Law in Ibiza?

Your digital tickets await you in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store), under the "Tickets" tab. Log in with the same profile you used to buy them. The QR code will also be in your confirmation email. Forget paper; you don't need to print anything to get in.

Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?

The Fever app gives you the option to transfer your tickets free of charge using the "Transfer Tickets" feature. If you need help managing it, contact us and remember to include your ticket number.

Of course! You have two options: buy a Candlelight Gift Card so the person can choose the concert and date they like best, or if you've already purchased a specific ticket, simply send it to them using the "Transfer Tickets" function in our app.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Answer

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Teatro Pereira Ibiza?

You can get your photo at Teatro Pereira Ibiza using a card as long as there are free passes. We recommend booking it online when buying your ticket to secure your spot, as those bookings have priority over in-box-office sales.

When should I arrive to have my photo taken?

Your photo will be taken before the concert, and the session will close 10 minutes before the show begins. Please come half an hour early so our team can assist you.

When will I receive the photo?

Answer

Pick your favorite image before it's printed. You'll be able to collect the physical photo as soon as the show ends. Please don't leave without it, as it won't be kept for later.

Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?

As soon as you step into Teatro Pereira Ibiza, you'll be directed to the photo area. If you have any questions, just ask our team!

What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?

Answer

This set includes 3 LED candles that perfectly imitate the movement and warmth of a traditional candle. Being fully electric, they are ideal and safe for enhancing any space in your home.

What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?

Answer

The pickup of your online purchases is handled directly at the venue on the day of the show. Returns and refunds of the "Pack of 3 candles" are not accepted as it is strictly associated with the date and location of the concert.

Are pets or animals allowed in Teatro Pereira Ibiza? What about service animals?

Answer

We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in this venue. However, your guide dogs or assistance dogs are of course welcome.

Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?

Answer

Yes, spectators who need assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant or caregiver. Please contact us with proof that you need a ticket for an assistant.

Is Teatro Pereira Ibiza accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
