The venue is divided into areas whose prices change according to proximity and view of the stage. Upon your arrival at Teatro Pereira Ibiza, you'll be shown your seat based on the order of entry and the section of your ticket.

Absolutely! You can sit together without any problem. To ensure contiguous seats, all you need is for the group to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same zone. We advise coming at least 30 minutes early; our team will do everything possible to seat you together.

There are no ticket sales at the Teatro Pereira Ibiza box office on the day of the event. We advise securing your spots in advance, managing everything comfortably through the Fever app or official website.

The best is to arrive 30 minutes early so you can get comfortable before the concert. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and late entry is not permitted once it starts, ensuring maximum respect for all.

We don't apply strict dress rules. Opt for a casual and comfortable look so you can have an unforgettable time surrounded by music.

The Candlelight: Tribute to Michael Jackson in Ibiza lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Out of respect for the artists on stage and the other attendees, we kindly ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

Answer

For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

Your phone should remain silent during the show. You will be able to immortalize the moment with photos and videos without flash during the last song, once the musicians give the okay.

Definitely! You can purchase a Gift Card that lets them choose their concert and date, or if you've already bought tickets for a specific day, you can gift those by using the "Transfer Tickets" button in the Fever app.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. If there are spots available at Teatro Pereira Ibiza, you can purchase Candlelight Photos paying only with a card. We recommend booking it online in advance, as those purchases have priority over sales at the venue.

When should I arrive to have my photo taken?

To have your photo taken with ease, arrive at least 30 minutes before time. Keep in mind that the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts.

When will I receive the photo?

You can select your favorite photo before it's printed. Our team will print it while you enjoy the concert, and you can pick it up at the exit. Make sure to collect your photo before leaving, as we cannot keep it for later.

The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.

What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?

Answer

The pickup of your online purchases is handled directly at the venue on the day of the show. Returns and refunds of the "Pack of 3 candles" are not accepted as it is strictly associated with the date and location of the concert.

Are pets or animals allowed in Teatro Pereira Ibiza? What about service animals?

Answer

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Teatro Pereira Ibiza, but assistance dogs and guide dogs are welcome.
