The experience lasts approximately 75 to 90 minutes.
Can I buy drinks at the venue?
No.
Are drinks included in the ticket price?
Yes. Your ticket includes 4 themed cocktails.
Are alcohol-free cocktails available? Can allergies or dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Yes! Alcohol-free cocktails are available. Menus accessible via a QR code will be available during the experience so you can check information on allergens and dietary restrictions. Please let our team know your requirements when you arrive so that we can offer you a suitable option.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, no strobe lighting effects will be used during the experience.
What language is the show in?
The show is performed in French.
Are the seats numbered?
No. Seats are not numbered and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Simply show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or from your email when you arrive at the venue.
Are tickets refundable?
No, tickets are non-refundable unless you have purchased Flexible Cancellation. Exchanges to another date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally booked session, subject to availability. To change your booking, please contact us directly.
Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy your tickets on the Fever app, available on Google Play and the App Store, or on the Fever website.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. You can select a group ticket directly on the event page when booking. For private bookings or large groups, please see the group bookings link on this page.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. You can transfer your ticket free of charge to anyone you like. Simply click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us and include your order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You will find your ticket with its QR code in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you can do so from the App Store or Google Play. Make sure you log in with the same account you used for your purchase. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers are welcome and receive free entry upon presentation of valid proof at the entrance. Accepted documents include: Disability Living Allowance (DLA) at the middle or higher rate for care and/or mobility needs; proof of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); proof of severe sight impairment; CredAbility Access Card with the "+1" category. Please note that the person requiring assistance must hold a valid ticket.
