How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Bad Bunny in Barcelona lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
To guarantee a safe environment for you and the musicians, all lighting is done with LED candles. You'll enjoy the same warm atmosphere without worrying about fire or heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Remember that the concerts often happen in historic venues where the temperature varies with the weather. We suggest keeping this in mind when choosing your outfit to enjoy the evening in the most comfortable way.
Will there be food and drink service at Church of the Sacred Heart?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.
Can tickets be bought at the Church of the Sacred Heart box office?
No, we don't have a physical box office or door sales at Church of the Sacred Heart. You can only get your tickets through Fever, either by checking the official website or directly through the app.
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
Tickets are divided into sections with rates that change based on location and visibility. Once you're at Church of the Sacred Heart, our team will assign you a seat on a first-come, first-served basis within the category you booked.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course! To sit together, it's important that you and your companions arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts, and our team will do everything possible to seat you together.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Bad Bunny be gifted?
Definitely! You can purchase a Gift Card that lets them choose their concert and date, or if you've already bought tickets for a specific day, you can gift those by using the "Transfer Tickets" button in the Fever app.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This pack gives you access to a unique photography session at Church of the Sacred Heart. To make sure you always remember the experience, we'll give you an instant Polaroid-format print.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Church of the Sacred Heart?
Photos can be bought at Church of the Sacred Heart as long as the quota hasn't been filled. Customers who buy the photo opportunity through the website when purchasing their concert tickets have priority over those who buy at the venue. Purchases at the venue can only be made with a credit/debit card; cash is not accepted.
When will I receive the photo?
Select your favorite shot, and our team will print it while you enjoy the show. Don't forget to collect your keepsake when the event ends, as it won't be possible to store it for afterwards.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This set includes 3 LED candles that perfectly imitate the movement and warmth of a traditional candle. Being fully electric, they are ideal and safe for enhancing any space in your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Don't forget to take your online-bought candles home during the concert. As it's a product tied to a specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned, and its sale is final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Bad Bunny in Barcelona?
Your digital tickets await you in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store), under the "Tickets" tab. Log in with the same profile you used to buy them. The QR code will also be in your confirmation email. Forget paper; you don't need to print anything to get in.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
It's easy and completely free to send your tickets to anyone you want. Just select the "Transfer tickets" option within your Fever app ticket. For any other inquiries or additional help, contact us with your ticket number included.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
The best is to arrive 30 minutes early so you can get comfortable before the concert. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and late entry is not permitted once it starts, ensuring maximum respect for all.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Arrive at least 30 minutes early for your photo. The photo sessions will end 10 minutes before the concert begins to ensure everything runs on time.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
You'll be guided to the photo area right after you enter Church of the Sacred Heart. If you need help, just ask our staff, and they'll point you in the right direction.
Is there parking available at Church of the Sacred Heart?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.
Are pets or animals allowed in Church of the Sacred Heart? What about service animals?
We're sorry, but pets are not permitted in the venue. However, if you're coming with a guide or assistance dog, you'll have no issues.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Of course, it's totally possible to get a free pass for your assistant or caregiver. Just contact us with a quick message and we'll sort everything out as soon as we can.
Is Church of the Sacred Heart accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue with entrances adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
