On the day How your visit works

Arrive on time
Arrive at the time shown on your ticket. Depending on demand, you can arrive up to 15 minutes before or after your time slot. The exhibition closes at 9 pm on Saturdays and 8 pm on Sundays.

Discover two halls
In about 60–90 minutes you walk through two swimming halls with two atmospheres: from calm and impressive to powerful and overwhelming. The main hall has seating and is heated. The side hall is unheated.

Experience it by day or night
By day, natural light shows off the historic architecture; once it gets dark, the light orchestra unfolds its full magic. Golden hour: choose the first night ticket slot and watch the light installation grow stronger as the daylight fades.
In short About LICHTenberg
Step into the historic Stadtbad Lichtenberg and watch 100 years of history come to life in a masterful light orchestra. Bass, beat and melody become visible, sound turns into space and light turns into music: iconic melodies from film, electronic music and gaming give every corner of the historic setting a new dimension.
Two impressive swimming halls take you into two completely different worlds: soft sound carpets and immersive colour gradients in one, powerful rhythms and dynamic bursts of light in the other. LICHTenberg is not an exhibition you watch from a distance: you are right in the middle of it. Immersive. Powerful sound. Moving.
