How long does the experience last?
The show will last approximately 70 minutes.
Where is the experience located?
The experience takes place at UFER STUDIOS - Ballroom. (Amelsbürener Str. 211, 48163 Münster)
How do I get to the venue?
Getting there by public transport: From Hiltrup station: Take line 5 to the Amelsbürener Str. stop (approx. 19 min walk) or line 18 to the Kanalbrücke stop (approx. 11 min walk). Tip: As timetables vary, we recommend briefly checking the current connections on the website or app of Stadtwerke Münster (timetable information).
When should I arrive?
Admission is possible 45 minutes before the show starts. The venue opens its doors 1 hour before the performance starts.
Is there parking available?
Yes, various parking options are available: P1 (directly at the building): Free parking directly in front of the door with access to the main entrance. P2 (neighbouring property / Graue Halle): More spaces are available here. Please make sure to keep the gates of the adjacent hall clear. P3 (Agravis Baustoffhandel): If P1 and P2 are full, this car park may be used Mon–Fri from 5:30 PM and Sat from 12:00 PM. Alternative parking: More spaces can be found in the Hiltrup industrial area along Fuggerstraße. From there, a pleasant footpath along the canal (heading east) leads directly to UFER STUDIOS in about 10 minutes.
Will food and drinks be available on site for purchase?
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased at the bar before the show. However, no food is offered.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Guests are not allowed to record or take photos of the experience. If this rule is not followed, or if any photos or videos taken are not deleted when requested, guests may be asked to leave.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If a service animal will accompany you, please contact us, stating your ticket order number (ticket ID) and the subject “Bringing a service animal”.
Is the venue accessible?
No, the venue is not wheelchair accessible.
Will restrooms be available on-site?
Yes, toilets are available. Please feel free to ask our staff on site if you have any questions.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
What different ticket types are there?
All tickets are for general admission (free seating). Come early to secure the best seats.
Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the entire experience can apply for a free ticket for their carer. Please purchase your own ticket first and then contact us, stating your ticket order number (ticket ID) and the subject “Free carer ticket”.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket for free. To do so, click “Transfer tickets” in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us, stating your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print out your ticket. It will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with QR code in the Fever app under “Tickets”. If you have not installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure to log in with the account you used to purchase the ticket. If you cannot find your ticket, please contact us, stating your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, this event is 18+.
Can I still enter the show after it has started?
Entry after the start is not possible. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests present, we ask that you arrive in good time.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us, stating your ticket order number (ticket ID), if you have further questions. Unfortunately, a refund is not possible. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
