Candlelight brings the magic of live music to The Trades Hall in Glasgow, in a hall lit by hundreds of candles. A string quartet performs the soundtracks of the Christmas films, from timeless carols to the themes that made the season on screen.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

About the venueThe Trades Hall
Trades Hall Glasgow – A historic gem in the heart of the city, designed by the renowned Robert Adam and completed in 1794. As one of Glasgow’s finest surviving 18th-century buildings, it has long been a focal point for the city’s trade and commerce. The grand interior boasts elegant neoclassical details, including a magnificent ceiling and ornate chandeliers. Today, Trades Hall continues to celebrate Glasgow’s rich mercantile history, hosting events that honour its legacy.

What are the different ticket types?
There are four: Premium (best visibility), Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (fair visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website prior to arriving at the event.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us through the Fever contact form with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer's ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket. Here are some of the documents we accept: middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); evidence of being severely sight impaired; CredAbility Access Card with a +1 category requirement.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and on Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us through the Fever contact form indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you bought the Flexible Cancellation add-on. For more information, you can refer to the Fever terms and conditions.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
It is an optional add-on that lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation needed; it becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred. The refund is full except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee: card and PayPal refunds take 10 days or more to appear on your statement, and voucher purchases come back as a new voucher in the app. If you choose an exchange instead, a voucher of the same value is issued immediately and can be used on the same experience. To request either, use the refund request form in the Fever help centre.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. In case you arrive late, to respect the musicians’ performance and the experience of the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow for the event to take place?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), please rest assured that we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together, and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend you to arrive in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It’s as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket on the Fever app. For additional help, please feel free to contact us through the Fever contact form, indicating your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the security of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
