The venue's zones have different prices depending on visibility and proximity to the stage. Your seat will be assigned by our team when you arrive at Ateneo de Madrid, always respecting the order of arrival and the sector.

Can we sit together if we're a group?

Answer

Yes, you can sit together perfectly. To ensure contiguous seats, the whole group must arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We suggest coming 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together without any problem.

Can tickets be bought at the Ateneo de Madrid box office?

There is no physical sales point inside Ateneo de Madrid. If you want to enjoy the experience, the only authorized channel is Fever (official website and app).

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

We suggest coming with a 30-minute buffer so you can get seated without any hassle. Entry ends strictly 5 minutes before starting, and no new entries will be allowed after it begins, to preserve the atmosphere of the event.

You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.

Temperature in historic venues can fluctuate depending on the day. Although we always aim for the perfect ambiance, we advise you to bring an extra layer or wear clothes suitable for the season so all you have to do is enjoy the music.

No need to dress up; the vibe is casual and relaxed. The main thing is that you wear a comfortable outfit to fully enjoy the candlelight experience.

The Candlelight: Tribute to Rawayana in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Unless it's an emergency, we appreciate that you don't get up from your seat. This helps us maintain the special atmosphere of the event.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

Answer

For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

Your phone should remain silent during the show. You will be able to immortalize the moment with photos and videos without flash during the last song, once the musicians give the okay.

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. Photos can be bought at Ateneo de Madrid as long as the quota hasn't been filled. Customers who buy the photo opportunity through the website when purchasing their concert tickets have priority over those who buy at the venue. Purchases at the venue can only be made with a credit/debit card; cash is not accepted.

Your purchases made through Fever are delivered at the venue. Remember that the "Pack of 3 candles" does not have a refund or exchange policy because all purchases for this event are final.
