The crew at Farm.One wants you to have the best cocktail-creation skills, paired with the freshest, brightest flavors in Manhattan so they've created a 30-minute class to couple the beauty and flavors of their farm with the delicate skill of creating the perfect sip! Harvest your ingredients fresh from the farm, learn how to craft a perfectly balanced drink, and garnish it with flowers or herbs straight from the farm. The cocktail creation portion of the class is taught by Oliver Holt- a bartender here in Manhattan with several years of experience at a Michelin star restaurant. Each guest also receives a take-home packet to try the cocktails again at home. Cheers!
