What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: A, B and C. Zone A is closest to the stage.
How are seats assigned?
Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying: once you have bought yours, contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make one, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you ask for a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund.

How do I get to the venue?
Driving or rideshare is recommended. Limited parking spaces are available for purchase in the below-ground structure on site: please park in unmarked spots only. There is plenty of street parking around the venue.
Are food and drinks served?
No food or drinks are sold on site. Water in closeable containers is permitted. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. Please contact us if you plan to bring a service animal.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time on your ticket, and we encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes before it. The performance starts promptly and doors close once it begins: no late entry is permitted under any circumstances.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
