The Hall of State in Dallas, Texas, is a historic Art Deco landmark in Fair Park, built for the 1936 Texas Centennial. Known for its grand architecture and cultural exhibits, it celebrates Texas history through striking murals, sculptures, and beautifully preserved interiors.

What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket types: Premium Front Row (best visibility), Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (fair visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To request one, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you ask for a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed to enter.
What happens if weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
