What are the different ticket types?
There are several ticket types: Front Row, with the best visibility; Zones A and B, with great visibility; Zone C, with good visibility; and Zone D, with good visibility, available for selected shows only.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. Please buy them through the Fever app or at www.feverup.com before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for a personal assistant or support worker. First buy a valid ticket, then apply through the “Contact us” form, attaching supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes. All guests must be 8 years old or older, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. Refunds are not available unless you bought a Flexible Cancellation ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. A Flexible Cancellation ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you'll receive a new voucher in the Fever app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You'll immediately receive a voucher for the same value, which you can use on the same experience.
How do I request my refund?

Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed unless you bought a Flexible Cancellation ticket. You can exchange your ticket for another date and/or time up to 48 hours before the original start time, subject to availability, by contacting us.

How do I get to the venue?
By Metro, expect about a 5-minute walk from the nearest stations: Dupont (Red Line), McPherson Square (Blue, Orange and Silver Lines) or Mt. Vernon Sq. (Green and Yellow Lines).
Is food served?
No food or drinks are sold at the venue. Only sealed bottled water is allowed inside.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
Street parking is available in the area, but we encourage you to use public transport or rideshare.
What is Candlelight Photo?
Candlelight Photo is a package available only to guests who purchase it. Your photo is taken in a designated area, and each purchase includes one instant picture printed in Polaroid style.
Can I buy Candlelight Photo at the venue?
Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Guests who bought the photo together with their ticket online have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Photos are taken before the concert, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time.
When do I get my pictures?
You choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect them at the exit afterwards. Take your printed pictures with you before leaving, as they cannot be kept for you: pictures left behind are not refunded or rescheduled.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you're inside, venue staff will explain the photo experience and announcements will be made. Staff will be happy to answer any questions.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. The photographer at the venue will validate it.
Are Candlelight Photo purchases refundable?
No, unless the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you will receive a refund.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, as the musicians will indicate, and always without flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, as the musicians will indicate, and without flash.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
No, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time to be seated in the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience, for example with a change of location or a postponement, we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early; our staff will do their best to accommodate groups.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, using “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. All candles are flameless, for the safety of our guests.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of the event, and are tied to that event date and location. Candle add-ons bought online and collected on site are non-refundable and non-returnable: all sales are final.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
