Candlelight concerts bring live music back into the city's most exceptional spaces. In the Pirklių Klubas hall, lit by hundreds of candles, a string quartet performs the music of Michael Jackson, giving familiar melodies a completely new sound, just a few steps away from you.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Business centre – Merchants’ Club is located on the Gediminas Avenue, in the city centre. While restoring the authentic Merchants' Club, the efforts were made to preserve as much of the heritage of the past as possible. There are two reconstructed conference halls with preserved historical value and are equiped with the state-of-the-art conference facilities.

What are the ticket types?
Tickets are sold for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased via the app or on the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my companion or carer?
Attendees who need assistance throughout the event can request one free ticket for their personal assistant or carer. Please note that the attendee requiring assistance must already hold a valid ticket. After purchasing your ticket, fill in the Fever contact form and attach a document confirming your disability. Accepted documents include, for example: DLA at the middle or higher rate for care and/or mobility; a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) award letter; a document confirming severe visual impairment; or a CredAbility Access Card with at least one additional category.
Is there an age limit?
All attendees must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where will I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in using the same method you used when purchasing. You'll also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is right in the city centre, in the Lukiškės district. It can be reached on foot, by bike or by public transport.
Can I buy food at the venue?
No, food will not be available for purchase.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed in, except for assistance animals.
Is the venue accessible to visitors with reduced mobility?
No, the venue is not currently accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.
Is there anywhere to park?

Can I take photos or film during the concert?
Photos and filming are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, when indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the concert. Photos and filming are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, when indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the hall during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, please don't leave your seat unless it's an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be shown to your seat within your purchased zone. The concert will start on time, and the audience should be seated by then. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience, you won't be allowed into the hall.
What happens if the event can't go ahead due to weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement of the event), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Will I be able to sit with my friends?
Yes, you'll sit together with your friends if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, we'll do everything we can to make sure you can sit together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets free of charge to any other Fever account. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, fill in the Fever contact form and include your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for visitors' safety, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
