Business centre – Merchants’ Club is located on the Gediminas Avenue, in the city centre. While restoring the authentic Merchants' Club, the efforts were made to preserve as much of the heritage of the past as possible. There are two reconstructed conference halls with preserved historical value and are equiped with the state-of-the-art conference facilities.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logging in with the same method used for the purchase. Your QR code is also available in your purchase confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types available?
There are ticket zones A, B, and C available for purchase.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost by clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the app. For additional help, contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes. Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal assistant or support worker. You must have a valid ticket of your own before applying; once purchased, contact us with proof of disability.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of attendees all candles are flameless.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What is the duration of the experience?
60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
Indoor, with assigned seating.
Where is the experience taking place?
Merchants Club, Mercury Hall (3rd floor), Gedimino pr. 35, Vilnius LT-01109.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located right in the centre of the city, in the Lukiskes area. It is accessible on foot, by bike, and by public transport.
Is there food served?
No, there is no food available for purchase.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
No, the venue is not currently accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Is there parking available?
There is no public parking on site, but there is plenty of street parking nearby.
