The Hannover Congress Centrum is one of the largest independent congress and event centers in Germany, with more than 100 years of history (built in 1914). For decades, it has been a well-known meeting point and an established cultural center in Hannover.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C, as well as seats in the gallery.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or the website www.feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require care throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. You must hold a regular ticket and send us the relevant supporting documents. After review, we'll issue you a voucher that lets you purchase a free ticket for your carer via the Fever app, subject to availability. Please show your regular ticket together with your carer's ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Changes to the date or time are possible, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available. For more information, see the Terms and Conditions.

How do I get to the venue?

Is food and drink available?
No food or drink catering is offered at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. If you'll be accompanied by a service animal, please fill out the form in the venue FAQs.

According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.

Your phone must be switched to silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 40 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand to secure a seat in your booked zone. The concert will start on time, and no entry will be permitted once it has begun.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience, such as a change of venue or a postponement, you will be notified in advance by email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes. You can sit together if you arrive together and all your tickets are for the same zone. Arrive in good time, and the team will do their best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes. You can transfer your tickets free of charge to another Fever account. To do so, tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you have any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Log in using the same method you used when purchasing. You can also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything, you can show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
What is the Candlelight Photo?
This optional, paid photo experience gives you the chance to have your picture taken in a specially set-up area. As a keepsake, you'll receive one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy Candlelight Photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue while stocks last. Guests who book the photo experience online together with their concert tickets will be given priority. Only card payments are accepted on site, cash is not accepted.
When will my photo session take place?
The photo session may take place before or after the concert. It is usually held after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll be able to choose on site which photos you'd like printed. The team will then print them for you to take home. Please collect your photos before leaving the venue, as no refund or new appointment for the photo experience will be given otherwise.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, the team on site will let you know where the photo session will take place. Announcements will also remind you about the experience.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a separate QR code by email, independent of your ticket purchase confirmation. Show it to the photographer on site so it can be checked before the photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund for the photo experience is only possible if it has to be cancelled for reasons within our responsibility.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
