🕒 Date and time: 26th October, 11am - 2.30pm (Please arrive on time)

👤 Age requirement: 18+ with valid ID
❓ Please bring: Loose clothing, a water bottle, a small snack. Ballet shoes are preferred, otherwise bare feet are also fine

Schedule

• 11am - 11.45am: Arrive and warm up with ballet barre
• 11.45am - 1pm: Centre work introducing you to 10 steps that underpin all ballet repertoire and variations
• 1pm - 1.20pm: A short break and a chance to take individual and group photographs of your new moves!
• 1.20pm - 2.10pm: Practice combining the steps we have learned, taking inspiration from iconic ballets such as Swan Lake and The Sleeping Beauty
• 2.10pm - 2.30pm: Closing session with a cool down, using a combination of Pilates techniques and yoga stretches to leave us feeling refreshed and energised!

Come join this one-off workshop designed to introduce adults to the fascinating world of ballet. Spend the morning learning and dancing 10 of the steps underpinning this beautiful and timeless art form, performed to some of ballet's most magical and enchanting music. You will have the opportunity to learn how to artistically piece these moves together to captive your audience and you'll go home with professional photos of your experience!
