What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring soul to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Primera Fila, Zone A, Zone B and Zone C. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early to make sure you get seats together. Our team will do its best to accommodate you.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, this event uses strobe light effects.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print your ticket; it will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us indicating your ticket number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our terms and conditions.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer ticket" on your ticket in the Fever app.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the show starts so you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The show will start on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the artists' performance and the audience's experience, you will not be allowed into the venue building or the show, so we suggest you take the necessary steps to arrive on time.
Is food served?
Yes! You will be able to purchase food and drinks at the venue and enjoy them during the show. The venues have shared tables, so you can keep your food and drinks with you and enjoy them while you watch the show.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is parking available?
The venue does not have its own parking.
Will restrooms be available at the venue?
Yes, the venue has restrooms; you can ask our on-site staff for directions.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
