A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring soul to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.

The show lasts approximately 60 minutes.

The experience takes place at Lorely Saal (Penzinger Str. 72, 1140 Wien, Austria).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: to Hietzing by tram (10, 52, 16) or U-Bahn (U4); to Penzing by S-Bahn (S45, S50).
Are food and drinks available?
Yes, drinks can be purchased at the in-house bar before the concert.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there is a cloakroom. Bags larger than A4 are not allowed in the hall.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please fill out the form if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue offers low-barrier access.
Is there parking?
The venue does not have its own parking. There is a public car park next to the Parkhotel Schönbrunn, within walking distance.
Does the venue have restrooms?
Yes, restrooms are available. Please ask the on-site staff.
Will strobe lights be used at the venue?
No, no strobe lights will be used.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant proof.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person free of charge. Simply click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further help. Don't forget to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't installed it yet, you can easily download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us, stating your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
