Museu do Amanhã is located at Praça Mauá, 1, in downtown Rio de Janeiro.

Yes. There is a café in the foyer.

Yes. The venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility, in Zone B.

What are the ticket types?
There is half-price and full-price for each zone. Each zone has a different price, depending on how close it is to the stage.
Can I buy tickets at the event venue?
Tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the Fever website before arriving at the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything: just show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or by email when you arrive at the venue.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Anyone who needs assistance throughout the experience is entitled to request 1 (one) free pass for their personal assistant or companion. After purchasing your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before requesting), contact us with the supporting documentation.
Is there a minimum age for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Who can buy a half-price ticket?
Students; senior citizens; people with special needs (PNE) and their companion; low-income youth; teachers from the state public school system and municipal school systems (preschool, elementary, and high school levels). Everyone must present a document proving this condition. Otherwise, they won't be able to use the half-price ticket and must pay the full ticket price.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. To do this, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I take photos or record videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken at the moments indicated by our musicians, with your phone screen on low brightness and without flash.

Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat, except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to choose a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and the audience should already be seated. If you arrive late, you won't be able to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and everyone has tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket, in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play), by logging in with the same method used for the purchase. Your QR code is also in the purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles are LED.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
Available for select events, the flexible refund ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible refund ticket?
You can return it and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket stops being refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to receive the refund?
No documents are required to request the refund.
How do I request the refund?

What is the Entrada Social ticket?
Anyone can buy it, with no proof required. It includes a R$ 5 donation to NGOs and nonprofit organizations.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
