How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by all modes of transport.
Is parking offered on site at the venue?
We recommend parking at the Pivot Parking Deck (13 N. 5th Street, Richmond, VA 23219), directly across Franklin Street and attached to The Moxy Hotel. Enter and exit using the Hourly/Daily/Monthly entrance and exit. Evening rate: $7.00 from 4:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Early bird rate: $8.00 when entering between 5:00 and 9:00 AM and exiting between 3:00 and 6:00 PM. Hourly rate: $5.00 per hour at all other times (up to $20.00 for 3 to 12 hours). Street parking is also an option.
What are the different ticket types?
The venue is divided into four seating zones: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Balcony.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be bought in the Fever app or on the Fever website before you arrive at the venue.
Can I reserve a ticket for a caregiver?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can apply for one free ticket for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof that you need a caregiver ticket and we will send you a voucher code to get the free caregiver ticket. You will need to show it, along with your tickets, to enter the venue.
Is there an age limit?
The concert is for ages 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you bought tickets in the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving with plenty of time, and we will do our best to seat you next to each other.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another Fever account at no extra cost: tap "Transfer Ticket" in the Tickets section of the Fever app. If you need more help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
Your tickets are in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Sign in with the same account you used to buy them. The QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email, so check your spam folder too.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just show the QR code in the Fever app or in your purchase confirmation email when you arrive.
Can I make changes to my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the show. To make a change, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available; see our terms and conditions for more information.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds are offered. Changes to another date or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the session you bought, subject to availability.
When do I have to be at the venue?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Concerts start on time and you must be seated before the start: entry is not allowed once the concert has started.
What if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, you will not be allowed in and your ticket will not be refunded, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
What is included in the ticket?
Your ticket includes admission to the Candlelight concert, a live music concert surrounded by LED candles.
How can I check my seat?
Seating is free (first come, first served) within the zone of the ticket you bought. When you arrive, show your ticket to the staff and you will be shown to your seat in your zone.
Will the concert start on time?
The concert starts on time whenever possible, though there may be a delay of about 5 minutes to ensure a smooth performance. Seating is first come, first served within each zone, so please arrive with as much time as possible to get in and be seated. Start times may change depending on venue availability.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code, but dress comfortably to get the most out of the concert. It can get chilly inside, so we recommend bringing layers.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
No photos or videos of any kind are allowed during the performance. You can take photos and videos without flash only at the end of the program, when the musicians say so.
Can I use my phone during the performance?

Can I go to the restroom during the performance?
Out of consideration for the musicians and other guests, please do not leave your seat during the performance unless it is an emergency.
Will food be served?
No food is available for purchase.
Are drinks available?
A cash bar is available for guests to buy drinks.
Can I bring my children?
The concerts are for ages 8 and over. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring my pets?
Animals are not allowed, except service dogs. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a service dog by contacting us.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The venue is ADA compliant, and Zone B is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair seating is limited: if no tickets appear to be available, please contact us.

Are the candles safe?
For safety, all the candles are flameless LED lights.

What happens if weather conditions affect the show?
If weather conditions affect the performance (a change of venue or a postponement), you will be notified by email in advance.
