Founded in 1851 and rebuilt in its current form in 1906, the cathedral stands as a testament to Portland’s architectural heritage and enduring tradition. A breathtaking example of Gothic Revival style, the cathedral features soaring vaulted ceilings, hand-carved woodwork, stained-glass windows, and a stunning rose window.

What are the different ticket types?
Zone A: premium visibility. Zone B: great visibility. Zone C: good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying. Contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. Sign in using the same login method you used to make your purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you have purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket. Exchanges to other dates or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the originally purchased event, subject to availability. Contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket lets you request a refund or exchange if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel a Flexible Cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. It becomes non-refundable if it has been transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to request a refund or exchange.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us to request a refund for your ticket.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the ticket price will be credited back to your account. It may take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, a new voucher will appear in the “Vouchers” section of the app. It is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You’ll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the Flexible Cancellation option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use it to return to the experience and buy a new date or time.
Can I change my ticket for a different experience?
If you choose an exchange voucher, you can use it only to purchase the same experience.

Yes. You can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost using “Transfer Tickets” in the Fever app. Contact us for help with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
