Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Steeped in history, Trinity Episcopal Cathedral offers a unique setting in Portland’s vibrant Alphabet District. Founded in 1851 and rebuilt in its current form in 1906, the cathedral stands as a testament to Portland’s architectural heritage and enduring tradition. A breathtaking example of Gothic Revival style, the cathedral features soaring vaulted ceilings, hand-carved woodwork, stained-glass windows, and a stunning rose window.

What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; you must buy them beforehand in the Fever app or on the website.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance can apply for one free pass for their carer. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; then contact Fever support.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, logging in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Changes of date or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start, subject to availability. Contact Fever support with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not available unless you bought a Flexible Cancellation ticket. Exchanges to other dates or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the start, subject to availability; contact us directly to make the change.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
It lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. It applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can request the cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
How do I request my refund?
Submit a request through the Fever support form to get your ticket refunded.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process it and how will I receive it?
Card and PayPal payments are credited back to the original account, though the money could take 10+ days to appear on your statement. Purchases made with a voucher receive a new voucher in the Vouchers section of the app.
Will I get a full refund?
You get the full ticket price back, except for the 10% fee paid for the Flexible Cancellation option.
If I opt for an exchange of the ticket, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it, which you can use to book a new date or time.
Can I change my ticket for a different experience?
No. Exchange vouchers can only be used for the same experience.

Are the candles flammable?
No. For everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As they are tied to that event, these add-ons are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
