At the Rudolf-Schock-Saal in the Mercatorhalle, König-Heinrich-Platz 4, 47051 Duisburg.

The Mercatorhalle is located in the CityPalais (1st floor), a centre with a casino, offices, restaurants and an underground car park with around 670 spaces. On foot: it's about a 9 minute walk from Duisburg Hauptbahnhof. By public transport: from the main station, take tram line 901 (towards Obermarxloh Schleife) or 903 (towards Rheintörchenstraße) for about 4 minutes to the König-Heinrich-Platz stop; from there it's just a few metres to the entrance. By car: take the A40 or A42 onto the A59 towards Duisburg-Zentrum, exit at Duisburg-Duissern, turn right at the traffic lights onto Kardinal-Galen-Straße, then left onto Mainstraße. At the next traffic lights, continue straight ahead via Landfermannstraße onto Averdunkstraße and turn right into the CityPalais's paid underground car park.

There is parking available in the underground car park of the CityPalais (entrance on Averdunkstraße), with a direct lift to the Mercatorhalle. Other car parks are around a 5-minute walk away. All parking options are chargeable.

Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you booked. The concert will start on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. Anyone arriving late will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.

Yes, if you arrive together and all your tickets are for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time; we'll do our best to seat you together.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap on your ticket in the Fever app and select “Transfer tickets”. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. You don't need to print anything out: just show your ticket on your smartphone at the venue.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
