Of course! To sit together, it's important that you and your companions arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts, and our team will do everything possible to seat you together.

No, we don't have a physical box office or door sales at Eurostars Conquistador. You can only get your tickets through Fever, either by checking the official website or directly through the app.

All the candles you'll see are LED for safety reasons. They achieve the same magical and cozy effect as a real flame but without smoke, real fire, or heat emission.

We ask that you keep your phone muted during the performance. You can take photos and videos without flash only in the final song when the artists themselves give you the nod.
