How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Ed Sheeran and Coldplay in Córdoba lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
We take your safety seriously, so we use last-generation LED candles. They imitate traditional candles without using real fire, eliminating any risk and without generating heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
The historic spaces where the events take place can have temperature variations depending on the date. We advise dressing in clothes suitable for the season so you can enjoy the concert with the utmost comfort.
Will there be food and drink service at Eurostars Conquistador?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
To maintain the atmosphere and respect the artists, you may only leave your seat in case of an urgent need. Thank you for helping us keep the magic alive!
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Don't forget to silence your phone to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere. Taking photos and videos without flash is only allowed in the concert's closing, when the musicians give the signal.

We have several zones priced based on closeness and the stage view. When you enter Eurostars Conquistador, the team will help you find your seat in order of arrival within your booked category.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit side by side. To guarantee this, it's essential that you enter the venue together and have purchased tickets in the same category. We suggest arriving 30 minutes before the start so our team can easily seat you together.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Ed Sheeran and Coldplay be gifted?
Definitely! You can purchase a Gift Card that lets them choose their concert and date, or if you've already bought tickets for a specific day, you can gift those by using the "Transfer Tickets" button in the Fever app.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?

When will I receive the photo?
Pick your favorite image before it's printed. You'll be able to collect the physical photo as soon as the show ends. Please don't leave without it, as it won't be kept for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
Take home these 3 LED candles that reproduce the warm flicker of traditional lighting. Forget about fire hazards; they're an ideal and safe choice for home decoration.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Packages you buy online will be ready for pickup at the concert. Keep in mind that the "Pack of 3 candles" is exclusive to that day and venue, so we do not accept returns or refunds.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Ed Sheeran and Coldplay in Córdoba?
Your tickets are saved in the "Tickets" section within the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play). Simply log in with the same account or method you used to buy them. You'll also receive a confirmation email with your QR code. Being 100% digital tickets, there's no need to print anything.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets for free by tapping "Transfer tickets" within the Fever app. If any issue arises during the process, contact us and provide the ticket number so we can check it.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. Is there parking available at Eurostars Conquistador?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
There is no formal dress code for the event. We advise going for a comfortable style so you can enjoy the evening to the fullest.
Are pets or animals allowed in Eurostars Conquistador? What about service animals?
We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in this venue. However, your guide dogs or assistance dogs are of course welcome.
