The experience lasts about 45 minutes.

Is there an age requirement?

The event is for guests aged 10 and over. Children aged 10 to 11 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 10 are not admitted, even if accompanied, for safety reasons and because of the size of the headset.

Do I need to arrive at the start of the session?

We recommend arriving at the time shown on your ticket, but you can still get in within the following 5 minutes.

Is the experience accessible for deaf or visually impaired people?

The content is not subtitled, so the experience is not suitable for people with hearing impairments. For safety reasons, we also don't recommend it for visually impaired people.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your ticket is validated on arrival via the Fever app or the barcode in your confirmation email.

Can I transfer my tickets?

Yes, you can transfer them for free: just send the PDF you received by email to the person who will use the ticket.
