Description
With Surfs Up NY and Surfs Up LA, instructors Peter and Edward will bring you surfing experience gathered in destinations including Hawaii, Tahiti, and Indonesia to the beaches of New York and Los Angeles. The pair conduct lessons at Rockaway Beach in Queens, New York. The instructors — who are also Certified Lifeguards — begin with 10 minutes of instruction on dry land so students can learn introductory maneuvers and ocean-safety pointers. Teacher and student then take to the waves for at least 60 minutes of dedicated surfing time! Shakas at the ready!
