Two giants of classical music in one evening: at Candlelight: Mozart vs. Beethoven, masterpieces by both composers are performed live by a string quartet in the Großer Saal of Wittelsbacher Schloss Friedberg, surrounded by the glow of thousands of candles.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (it's essential to hold a valid ticket), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket upon entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If this applies to you, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place in the Großer Saal of Wittelsbacher Schloss Friedberg (Schloßstraße 21, 86316 Friedberg).
How do I get to the venue?
Friedberg is very well connected via the A8 motorway and the B300, and Wittelsbacher Schloss is signposted within the town. The Bayerische Regiobahn on the Augsburg–Ingolstadt line will take you to Friedberg in Bayern station. The AVV Augsburg regional bus line 200 stops at the "Stadthalle" stop, from where it's about a five-minute walk to Wittelsbacher Schloss.
Is there food and drink available?
You can buy drinks at the on-site bar, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic options such as cocktails or wine.
Can I bring animals?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible and wheelchair-friendly.
Is there parking available?
You'll find free parking on the B300 (heading towards Aichach) and at the Volksfestplatz on Aichacher Straße.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.

Your phone must be switched to silent throughout the performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've booked. The concert will start on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be refused entry out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather affect your experience in any way (such as a change of venue or a postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving on site in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do this, tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything: just show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
Is there an interval?
No. The concert lasts 60 minutes, and no interval is scheduled.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
