In the Richard Wagner Saal at the Le Méridien Grand Hotel Nürnberg, directly opposite the central station, this Candlelight concert becomes an atmospheric tribute to Michael Jackson.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my companion or carer?
Guests who need assistance during the concert can request a free ticket for their personal assistant or carer. To do this, contact us with proof that you need a carer ticket. Once we've received it, you'll get a voucher that lets you book a free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, you must show the regular ticket together with the carer ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the concert starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. A refund is not possible. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place in the Richard Wagner Saal at the Le Méridien Grand Hotel Nürnberg (Bahnhofstraße 1-3, 90402 Nürnberg).
How do I get to the venue?
The Le Méridien Grand Hotel Nürnberg is located directly opposite the central station. There's access to underground, bus and tram lines right outside. There's also a paid car park at the central station. Parking directly outside the hotel is not permitted.
Is there food and drink?
Drinks are sold on site, but they may not be taken into the hall. Outside food and drink may not be brought in.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this venue, including assistance dogs.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, there is accessible access. Please send us a short email beforehand at hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything.
Is there a car park?

Can I take photos or videos during the concert?
According to our musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece and without flash.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece and without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've booked. The concert starts on time and all guests must be seated beforehand. Anyone arriving late will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
Should the weather affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving at the venue in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account at no extra cost. To do this, tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. You don't need to print anything: just show your ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of guests, all candles are flameless.
Is there an interval?
No. The concert lasts 60 minutes, and no interval is planned.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
