What are the different ticket types?
There are four zones: First Row, Zone A, Zone B and Zone C. First Row is closest to the stage.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying: once you have purchased yours, contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except with the Flexible Refund Ticket where it is available. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket for a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to get my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund.
How do I request my refund?

Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place in the Imperial Ballroom, on the first floor of The Grand America Hotel, at 555 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
How do I get to the venue?
You can drive and park at the venue or take a rideshare. Once inside, the Imperial Ballroom is on the first floor, and staff will be there to guide you.
Is food served?
A cash bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is available just outside the Imperial Ballroom. You can also dine at one of the hotel's many restaurants or cafés before the event.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed in.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all attendees, all candles are flameless.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs bought online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated point at the venue at the time of your event. As each Candle 3-Pack is tied to its Candlelight event date and location, Candle 3-Packs bought online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
