What is The Jazz Room and what can I expect?
The Jazz Room is a unique concert experience, featuring a mix of carefully chosen classics and spontaneous improvisation. Enjoy a house cocktail, with or without alcohol, as you embark on a journey through the rich history of Cuban music.
How long does the experience last?
The experience will last approximately 1 hour.
Can I buy drinks at the venue?
Yes, there is a bar at the venue where you can buy drinks during the experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
How are seats assigned?
Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis in the seated areas.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You do not need to print anything; just show your Fever ticket in the app or in the email when you arrive at the venue.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Changes to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, and are subject to availability. Please contact us directly here to change your ticket.
Where can I get tickets?
In the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, and on the Fever website.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us for further help and include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket as a QR code in the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you have not downloaded the app, you can get it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, contact us.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers are welcome at the event with a free ticket upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance. Below are some of the documents we accept:; Middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; Personal Independence Payment (PIP) payment receipt; Evidence of severe visual impairment; CredAbility Access Card – +1 category required. Please note that the person being assisted must have a valid ticket.

If you leave any belongings behind at the event, start by calling the venue or stopping by to see whether your item has been found. If this does not work, contact us so that we can get in touch with the venue about your lost item and arrange its collection.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (seating) and Zone B (standing). Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
