Arrive on Time
Arrive 10–15 minutes before your show's start time — since another performance usually runs beforehand, early entry isn't possible.

Seating is first-come, first-served — find a comfortable spot, the projections fill the entire church.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, under the "Tickets" section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure you log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are tickets refundable? What are the exchange policies?
Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In such cases, please contact us, providing your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Can I reschedule my tickets for a different date/time or a different category?
We may be able to assist you with rebooking or exchanging your tickets for a different date, time, or ticket category, provided that it is not already sold out. Please contact us for more information, and don't forget to include your ticket order number.
How long does the show last?
The regular show lasts 30 minutes and the live show 45 minutes.

The show takes place at the Evangelical Reformed Church (Kościół Ewangelicko-Reformowany), Al. Solidarności 74, 00-145 Warsaw.
Is the show indoors or outdoors?
The show takes place indoors—in a church.
Is there on-site parking?
No, there are no parking spaces available on-site. We strongly recommend traveling by public transportation.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
No, the event is suitable for people of all ages. For people with small children: the first two time slots of the day are marked as especially family-friendly.
Is the venue accessible to people in wheelchairs?
Yes, there is wheelchair-accessible entry to the venue. Please contact the on-site staff directly for assistance. Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair-accessible restroom on site.
Is the show accessible to people with hearing impairments?
The show is visually oriented, so people with hearing impairments can enjoy it as well.
Is the show also suitable for people who are sensitive to light?
No, unfortunately, the show is not suitable for people with photophobia.
Can photos or videos be taken during the show?
Yes, you can take photos and videos and share them on social media. If you'd like, you're also welcome to tag the organizing artist collective's profile: @projektilart. However, please be careful when taking photos and turn off the flash so as not to disturb other visitors. Professional camera equipment and/or tripods are not allowed.
