What can I expect from this event?
PROJEKTIL presents GENESIS is an immersive light show held in the beautiful Cathedral of St. Mary Magdalene, in Wrocław. From the very first seconds, the 30-minute show envelops visitors with enchanting music and magical animations projected onto all the walls and the ceiling.
Where does the show take place?
The show takes place at the Cathedral of St. Mary Magdalene, Szewska 10, 50-529 Wrocław, Poland.
How long does the experience last?
The regular show lasts 30 minutes and the live show 45 minutes.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair-accessible entry to the venue. Please contact the on-site staff directly for assistance. Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair-accessible restroom on site.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately there's no parking on site. We recommend public transport or nearby car parks.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
No, the event is suitable for all ages. We mainly recommend it for children over 2, and entry is free for children under 5, provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. The first two time slots of the day are marked as especially family-friendly.
Is the experience accessible for deaf / blind visitors?
Deaf visitors will be able to fully enjoy the experience. The event isn't recommended for blind visitors.
Will strobe lights be used?
No, but the show does include bright flashing lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitive epilepsy.
Are there chairs? Can I sit during the show?
There are plenty of seats available. Seating is first-come, first-served, but the beanbags are reserved for guests with Premium ticket holders. Choose your favorite spot when you arrive and enjoy the show.
Can photos or videos be taken during the show?
Yes, you can take photos and videos and share them on social media. If you’d like, you’re also welcome to link to the organizing artist collective’s profile: @projektilart. However, please be careful when taking photos and turn off the flash so as not to disturb other visitors. Professional photography equipment and/or tripods are not allowed.
What items are prohibited at the event?
Cameras with a flash, alcohol and open drinks, as well as anything that might disturb other attendees or distract them during the show.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
We are currently unable to sell tickets onsite and recommend buying tickets online.
Where can I buy tickets?
In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, or on the Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, or in your confirmation email.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app under the “Tickets” section. If you don’t have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure you log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can’t find your ticket, please contact us.
Are tickets refundable? What are the exchange policies?
Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In such cases, please contact us , providing your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).
Can I reschedule my tickets for a different date/time or a different category?
We may be able to assist you with rebooking or exchanging your tickets for a different date, time, or ticket category, provided that it is not already sold out. Please contact us for more information, and don’t forget to include your ticket order number.
What happens if I’m late?
If you arrive a little late, you’ll unfortunately miss a few minutes of the show, but you’re still welcome to come in and enjoy the rest of the performance.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before the show’s start time listed on your ticket. Since there’s usually another performance taking place beforehand, you unfortunately cannot enter the venue any earlier.
Do people who, due to a disability, require an attendant receive a discount for that person?
For every paying visitor with a severe disability, a free companion ticket can be obtained online prior to the event. Please get in touch with user support. For larger groups: Please contact the organizer in advance.
