Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login details you used for the purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to other people free of charge. It's really easy: just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need any more help. Don't forget to include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, just contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase (this is the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, which can be found in your confirmation email or in the Fever app – What is the ticket ID?). You can also check in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app whether the exchange option is available. If so, the "Exchange date and/or time" button will appear – just tap it and follow the on-screen instructions to make the change. Please note that refunds are not possible under any circumstances. Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our General Terms and Conditions. You can buy a flexible cancellation add-on, which offers an alternative policy.
If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, am I entitled to a refund in that case?
You can cancel your flexible ticket if you do so up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Just contact us. Please note that the ticket will no longer be refunded if it is transferred to another user.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. It will be confirmed via the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
What different seating areas are there?
The following ticket types are available: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone D (Rang), Rollstuhlplatz (Zone C). Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same area. We recommend being there early, and we will do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets available at the entrance?
Tickets are not available at the venue, only via the Fever app or on the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the experience starts and close 5 minutes before the start. Out of consideration for the performers and other guests, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Guests who need support during this event can request a free pass for their personal companion/carer. Please send us a message with proof that you need a companion ticket. Once we have received it, we will send you a voucher with which you can get your free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please remember that when entering the venue you must show your regular ticket as well as this companion ticket.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Out of consideration for the dancers and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the entire performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final applause and without flash.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue / postponement), we will let you know in good time by email.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place at a barrier-free venue.
Is there parking?
Unfortunately, there is no parking here. We therefore recommend not travelling by car.
