At Candlelight Ballet: Tchaikovsky & more, the Kulturkirche Altona in Hamburg is transformed into a concert hall lit by thousands of candles. A string quartet performs the great ballet melodies of Tchaikovsky live, along with works by other composers, for an evening where classical music and dance come together.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D, as well as for the Front Row.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be purchased before the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who need a companion throughout the whole experience will receive a free ticket for their personal companion. First buy your own valid ticket, then send the required proof via Fever's Zendesk form. Once it's been received, you'll get a voucher that lets you get the free companion ticket, subject to availability, in the Fever app. Show your regular ticket along with the companion ticket at the entrance.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. To do this, contact Fever with your ticket ID via the Zendesk form. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more details in the Terms and Conditions.
What is a flexible refund ticket?
For selected events, this ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend.
By when can I return my ticket?
You'll get a full refund if you contact Fever up to 48 hours before the experience starts. If the ticket has been transferred to someone else, it's not refundable.
What documents do I need for a refund?
No documents are required.
How do I request a refund?
Contact Fever via the Zendesk form to get your ticket refunded.
Where does the event take place?
The concert takes place at the Kulturkirche Altona (Bei der Johanniskirche 22, 22767 Hamburg).
How do I get to the venue?
The Kulturkirche Altona is a 5-minute walk from Holstenstraße S-Bahn station, where lines A1, S11, S21 and S31 stop.
Is there food and drink available?
There's a small bar on site. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for assistance animals. If you're accompanied by an assistance animal, please fill in the form linked in the full FAQs beforehand.

Yes, the venue is accessible.
Is there parking available?
The church doesn't have its own car park.
What is "Candlelight Foto"?
A package for a special photo experience available only to guests who book it. You'll be photographed in a specially set-up area, and every purchase includes a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake.
Can I buy Candlelight photos on site?
Yes, on site, while stocks last. Guests who book the photo experience together with their concert tickets on the website take priority over those who purchase on site. On site, only card payment is accepted, no cash.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo shoot takes place before or after the concert, preferably afterwards, so there's enough time for the photos.
When do I get my photo?
On site, you choose which photos get printed. The team prints them, and you take them with you right away. The photos aren't saved: if you leave without your photos, we can't offer a refund or a new photo session.
Where exactly does the photo shoot take place?
After you're let in, staff will give you all the details about the location, and announcements will remind you about the photo experience. If you have any further questions, please speak to the staff on site.
How do I prove I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation. Show it to the photographer on site so they can check it and start your shoot.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund is only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons beyond Fever's control. In that case, your photo booking will be refunded.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
