You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.

If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the Fever app.

Yes, there is a paid parking garage at 710 Trinity St, Austin, TX 78701. The venue entrance is a block away, on the corner of 8th and San Jacinto Street. If you need ADA accessible parking, the 710 Trinity St garage is the closest option to the venue. All guests can get a parking discount by scanning a QR code inside the lobby of St David's Episcopal Church. Guests may not park in the surface lot directly in front of the venue: anyone who moves the barricades and parks there will receive a parking ticket.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within the zone you purchased. Doors open 45 minutes before the show. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated beforehand: latecomers will not be allowed in, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to seat you together.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.

For the safety of everyone attending, all the candles are flameless.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
