Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

What are the different ticket types?
Seats will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the type of ticket you purchased.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. Arrive in good time and staff will do their best to accommodate you.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the security of attendees, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. Doors open 45 minutes before the show. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated. Late entry is not permitted.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets are not sold on site. They can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to anyone for free by selecting “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact Fever if you need help and include your ticket order number.
Can I change my ticket?
Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours in advance. Contact Fever and include your ticket ID. You can also check your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app: if the “Change date and/or time” button is available, follow its steps. Standard tickets are not refundable. If you selected the Flexible Cancellation add-on, see the following FAQs.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. It becomes non-refundable if transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
For credit card or PayPal purchases, allow 10 or more days for the refund to appear on your statement. For voucher purchases, a new voucher will appear in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
A voucher for the same value is issued immediately and can be used for the same experience.
How do I request my refund?

Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for a personal assistant or support worker. Contact Fever with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once received, Fever will provide a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket in the app, subject to availability. Show both your regular ticket and the carer ticket when entering.
Where can I find my ticket?
Find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app, signing in with the same login method used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow for the event to take place?
If weather affects the experience, including a change of location or postponement, you will be notified by email in advance.

The event is held at The Imperial Hotel Blackpool.
How do I get to the venue?
Take a northbound tram along the promenade and get off at Pleasant Street; The Imperial Hotel is about a 2-minute walk away. You can also take bus 1, 2, 3, 3A or 21 to Imperial Hotel or Pleasant Street. By taxi, give the driver: The Imperial Hotel, Promenade, Blackpool FY1 2HB.
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?
Snacks and beverages will not be available for purchase at this event.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed, but service animals are welcome.
