Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

Limited onsite parking at the church. Street parking on Elizabeth Street, Mary Street, Roseberry Parade and Ellenborough Street, plus additional parking in the Ipswich Council car park off Roseberry Parade.
Accessibility
The venue is wheelchair accessible. There are ramps on either side of the main staircase from Elizabeth Street, and an accessible entrance on the car park side with a ramp. For wheelchair assistance, email candlelight.australia@gmail.com so onsite staff can be notified.

What are the different ticket types?
Front Row – Best Visibility. Zone A – Premium Visibility. Zone B – Great Visibility. Zone C – Limited Visibility. Zone D – Restricted Visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us and tell us your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us and tell us your ticket ID.

How do I get to the venue?
By train: take a train to Ipswich Railway Station. From there it is about an 8-10 minute walk (620 m) to St Mary's Catholic Church. By bus: several routes serve the area around Ipswich Central and Woodend. The closest stops are Mary St near Elizabeth St (about 3-5 minutes on foot), Brisbane St at Ipswich Central (about 8-10 minutes) and Ipswich (Bell St Stop A/B) (about 10-12 minutes). Routes such as the 500, 502, 515 and 534 run through Ipswich; please check TransLink for the latest routes and timetables. By car: use GPS or Google Maps to get to St Mary's Catholic Church, 1B Elizabeth St, Woodend QLD 4305. There is limited street parking around the church and nearby areas.
Is there parking available?
There is limited onsite parking at the church itself. Street parking is available on Elizabeth Street, Mary Street, Roseberry Parade and Ellenborough Street. Additional parking is available in the Ipswich Council car park off Roseberry Parade.
Is there food served?
Drinks and snacks are not allowed in the church.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, St Mary's Church is committed to providing disability access, so that people with disabilities can access and take part. For wheelchair assistance, please email candlelight.australia@gmail.com so we can notify onsite staff. There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
