What are the different ticket types?

There are five zones: Front Row (best visibility), Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (limited visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I sit together with friends?

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To request one, please contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.

How do I get to the venue?

By train: take a train to Ipswich Railway Station; from there it is about an 8–10 minute walk (620 m) to St Mary’s Catholic Church. By bus: several bus routes serve the area around Ipswich Central and Woodend. The closest stops are Mary St near Elizabeth St (about a 3–5 minute walk), Brisbane St at Ipswich Central (about 8–10 minutes) and Ipswich (Bell St Stop A/B) (about 10–12 minutes). Routes such as the 500, 502, 515 and 534 run through Ipswich and connect to these stops; please check TransLink for the latest routes and timetables. By car: use GPS or Google Maps to get directions to St Mary’s Catholic Church, 1B Elizabeth St, Woodend QLD 4305. There is limited street parking around the church and nearby areas.

There is limited on-site parking at the church itself. Street parking is available in the area on Elizabeth Street, Mary Street, Roseberry Parade and Ellenborough Street, and there is additional parking in the Ipswich Council car park off Roseberry Parade.

Drinks and snacks are not allowed in the church.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Does the venue have disability access?

Yes, St Mary’s Church is committed to providing disability access, so that people with disabilities can access and take part. If you need wheelchair assistance, please email us so we can let the staff on site know. There are ramps on either side of the main staircase leading up to the church from Elizabeth Street, and the accessible entrance is on the car park side, where a ramp is positioned.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you will not be allowed to enter.
