FAQs Frequently asked questions

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Sign in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes. You can transfer your tickets free of charge with the Transfer Tickets option in the Fever app. If you need help, contact support with your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my tickets?
You can change the date up to 24 hours in advance by contacting support with your ticket ID. The Fever app may also show an "Exchange date and/or time" button in the Tickets section.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are not refundable under any circumstances. Some events offer a Flexible Cancellation option, which has its own policy.
Can I get a refund on a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Yes, if you request the cancellation through support at least 48 hours before the experience starts. A ticket transferred to someone else can no longer be refunded.
What are the seating zones?
The room is divided into zones according to the view of the stage. Staff assign seats at the entrance, first come, first served, within the zone on your ticket.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. Arriving early helps.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets sold at the entrance?
No. Tickets are only sold through the Fever app and website.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to be seated. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and late arrivals are not admitted.
Can I get a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance can request one free ticket for a personal assistant or support worker. Contact support with proof of need and you'll receive a voucher to claim the free ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Your own ticket must be shown together with the carer ticket at the entrance.
Can I leave my seat during the performance?
No, except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
No. All the candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the concert. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, when the musicians indicate.
What temperature should I expect?
The venue is a historic building where the temperature can be hard to control and may vary with the season, so dress accordingly.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
If the weather forces a change of location or a postponement, you'll be notified by email in advance.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the concert takes place in a wheelchair-accessible venue.
