The venue has several zones with prices adjusted to the distance and perspective from the stage. Upon arriving at Hotel Miramar, you'll be seated according to the order of entry and the type of ticket you purchased.

Can we sit together if we're a group?

Answer

Absolutely! You can sit together without any problem. To ensure contiguous seats, all you need is for the group to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same zone. We advise coming at least 30 minutes early; our team will do everything possible to seat you together.

Can tickets be bought at the Hotel Miramar box office?

Answer

No, we don't have a physical box office or door sales at Hotel Miramar. You can only get your tickets through Fever, either by checking the official website or directly through the app.

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can settle in comfortably. The doors will close 5 minutes before the start, and once the show begins, late entry will not be allowed to avoid interrupting the musicians and other attendees.

You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.

When organizing experiences in historic venues, the indoor temperature can vary with the seasons. Although we try to always maintain the ideal climate, we suggest choosing an outfit suitable for the season so you can enjoy the show with total comfort.

We don't apply strict dress rules. Opt for a casual and comfortable look so you can have an unforgettable time surrounded by music.

How long does the experience last?

Answer

The Candlelight: Christmas Classics in Malaga lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Out of respect for the musicians and the other audience members, we ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency. We want everyone to enjoy the show without interruptions.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

To guarantee a safe environment for you and the musicians, all lighting is done with LED candles. You'll enjoy the same warm atmosphere without worrying about fire or heat.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent throughout the concert. You can only take photos and videos without flash during the last piece, as indicated by the musicians on stage.

Of course! Gift Candlelight by buying a Gift Card for them to select their preferred show and time. If you already have a fixed-date ticket, share it as a gift by clicking "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app.

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. Capture your night with this photo pack in a special Hotel Miramar location. Our team will deliver an instant printed photo in Polaroid format for you to take home.

As long as there's availability, you can book your Hotel Miramar experience on the day of the concert using a card. Keep in mind that we only accept card payments and that online bookings have priority over sales at the venue.

Arrive at least 30 minutes early for your photo. The photo sessions will end 10 minutes before the concert begins to ensure everything runs on time.

Pick the photo you want printed - it'll be ready for you to collect when the concert ends. Make sure to take it with you when you leave, as our team can't keep it for later.

This pack contains 3 LED candles that imitate the warm glow characteristic of a real candle. Since they have no fire, they are safe and perfect for adding a cozy touch to your home.

Packages you buy online will be ready for pickup at the concert. Keep in mind that the "Pack of 3 candles" is exclusive to that day and venue, so we do not accept returns or refunds.

Are pets or animals allowed in Hotel Miramar? What about service animals?

We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in the venue. Of course, assistance dogs are exempt from this rule and can accompany you.
