No. Tickets cannot be bought on site: they must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.

If you need assistance during the experience, you're entitled to a free pass for your companion. Once you've bought your ticket, contact us with the necessary documentation attached.
What are the age requirements to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts, by contacting us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I request a refund for my ticket?
With the flexible refund ticket, you can get a full refund by contacting us at least 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket is not refundable if transferred to another user.

What time should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts for seat assignment in your zone. The concert starts on time and latecomers will not be admitted.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience (change of venue or postponement), we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit near my friends?
Yes: if you all arrive together and have tickets for the same zone, you'll be able to sit near each other. We recommend arriving early.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account at no extra cost: tap "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, by logging in with the same method you used to purchase it. Your QR code is also in the confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
