• One main course: Ecuadorian dishes such as Fish stew with coconut, Pork belly served with sweet potato puree, giant white corn, and a tomato & onion garnish called 'encebollado' or an Andean Vegetarian/Vegan option
• One dessert: enjoy an aphrodisiac dessert such as a quinoa pudding or a chocolate fondant.
