Coldplay and Imagine Dragons come face to face in a Candlelight concert at the Théâtre du Vaudeville, in Brussels. A string quartet revisits their greatest anthems in a hall bathed in the flickering glow of the candles, for an intimate, multisensory musical interlude.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

The Théâtre du Vaudeville is a historic venue located in Brussels' Galerie de la Reine. This 250 m² multi-purpose space is ideal for organizing private or corporate events such as sit-down dinners, catwalk shows or dance parties. The hall can accommodate up to 350 people standing or 160 seated.

What are the different types of tickets?
Premium, Category A, Category B, Category C, Category D, Balcony A and Balcony B.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase on site: all tickets must be bought via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. Contact us by sending us all the supporting documents once you've bought your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before making your request).
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is only for people aged 8 or over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address you used to buy your tickets. The QR code to show on the day of the concert can also be found in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time stated on your original ticket. If you meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions.
What are refundable flexible tickets?
Refundable flexible tickets, available only for certain events, let you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I request a refund for my flexible ticket?
You can request a refund for your refundable flexible ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Your ticket can no longer be refunded once it's been transferred to another user.

Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so that we can allocate you a seat within your reserved category. Doors open 45 minutes before the start. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated before it starts: in case of delay, access to the venue won't be possible, out of respect for the artists and other spectators.
What happens if the concert can't take place due to weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you all arrive at the same time with tickets of the same category. We recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to seat you next to each other.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, by clicking on "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, the venue is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
