What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket categories: A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase on site: they must all be bought via the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. Once you've bought your ticket, contact us with all supporting documents: a valid ticket is required before making the request.
Is there a minimum age to attend the concert?
The concert is only for people aged 8 or over, and under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket is in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same email address used for the purchase. The QR code to show on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the concert start time shown on your ticket. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
What is a refundable flexible ticket?
Available only for certain events, the refundable flexible ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to take part in the experience.
Until when can I request a refund for my flexible ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. A ticket transferred to another user can no longer be refunded.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are needed to request your refund.

Can I enter once the concert has started?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts and latecomers will not be admitted.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
