What are the different types of tickets?
Category A: excellent visibility. Category B: very good visibility. Category C: good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my companion or carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your companion or carer. Contact us and send all the supporting documents once you have bought your ticket: you must hold a valid ticket before making your request.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is for people aged 8 and over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Make sure you log in with the same email address you used to buy the ticket. The QR code you need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the concert shown on the ticket you bought. If you want to change your ticket and meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are given. For more information, see Fever's terms and conditions of sale.
What are flexible refundable tickets?
Flexible refundable tickets let you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. They are only available for certain events.
When can I request a refund for my ticket?
You can request a refund for your flexible refundable ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Note that a ticket can no longer be refunded once it has been transferred to someone else.

How do I get there?
RER line C: Versailles Rive Gauche – Versailles Château station (5 min walk from the château). Line N: Paris Montparnasse stops at Versailles-Chantiers station (20 min walk from the château). Line L: Paris Saint-Lazare to Versailles-Rive-Droite (15 min walk from the château). Line U: from La Défense to Versailles-Chantiers. Bus 171: from Pont de Sèvres to the terminus (Château).

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you may not leave your seat before the concert ends, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we can allocate you a seat in the category you booked. The concert starts on time and the audience needs to be seated before it begins. If you arrive late, we won't be able to let you into the hall, so as to respect the artists' performance and the comfort of the other audience members.
What happens if the concert can't go ahead because of bad weather?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue, change of date), we'll let you know by email in advance.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you all arrive together and have tickets in the same category. In that case, we recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to find you seats next to each other.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap “Transfer tickets” in your Fever app. For help, contact us through the Fever contact form with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real, with a flame?
For everyone's safety, the room is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
