What are the different types of tickets?
There are three categories: Category A (excellent visibility), Category B (very good visibility) and Category C (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available to buy on site. All tickets must be purchased through the app or on the Fever website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. Once you've bought your ticket, contact us and send us all the supporting documents (you must have a valid ticket before making your request).
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is only for people aged 8 or over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and on Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same email address you used to buy the tickets. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert can also be found in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time stated on your original ticket. If you'd like to change your ticket and you meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions.
What are refundable flexible tickets?
Available only for certain events, refundable flexible tickets let you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.

Where does the experience take place?
At the Palais des Congrès de Versailles, 10 Rue de la Chancellerie, 78000 Versailles.
How can I get there?
RER C: Versailles Rive Gauche – Versailles Château station (a 5 minute walk from the château). Line N: from Paris Montparnasse to Versailles-Chantiers station (a 20 minute walk from the château). Line L: from Paris Saint-Lazare to Versailles-Rive-Droite (a 15 minute walk from the château). Line U: from La Défense to Versailles-Chantiers. Bus 171: from Pont de Sèvres to the terminus (Château).
Will drinks be available?
No, no drinks are provided.

Pets are not allowed, except for assistance animals.

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash. The artists will remind you of this during the show.

Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so that we can allocate you a seat within the category you booked. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated before it begins. In the event of a late arrival, we will not be able to let you into the venue, out of respect for the artists' performance and the experience of the other guests.
What happens if the concert cannot take place due to bad weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date), we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you all arrive at the same time and all have tickets in the same category. We recommend arriving early in that case: we will do everything we can to find you seats next to each other.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: simply click on "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, the venue is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
